DPMQ
Business Definition – The Dispensed Price for Maximum Quantity (DPMQ) is the price for dispensing the maximum quantity of a product under a given prescribing rule. The DPMQ incorporates the price ex-manufacturer, all fees, mark-ups and patient contributions. DPMQ can be prefixed by pricing terms such as
- Benchmark (also known as Commonwealth, Reimbursement or Determined)
- Claimed (also known as Manufacturer's)

Should be:
pbs:pricing/pbs:manufacturer/pbs:dpmq/pbs:price[@dispensing-rule = $dispensing-rule/pbs:amount
Similar to the Reimbursement DPMQ XPath.
23/OCT - From discussion thread re "DPMQ in Schedule and Website":

The DPMQ depends on the pricing model of the program (pbs:listings-list). Every pbs:listings-list has its pricing model in the pbs:info/pbs:pricing-model element.
There are 5 pricing models:
ready-prepared
ready-prepared-no-premium
ready-prepared-no-premium-no-charge
infusible
extemporaneous
The reimbursement (a.k.a. Commonwealth) DPMQ may be found as follows for the different pricing models:
ready-prepared:
pbs:ready-prepared/pbs:pricing/pbs:reimbursement/pbs:dpmq/pbs:price[@dispensing-rule = $dispensing-rule]/pbs:amount
infusible:
pbs:infusible/pbs:pricing/pbs:reimbursement/pbs:dpmq/pbs:price[@dispensing-rule = $dispensing-rule]/pbs:amount
extemporaneous:
pbs:standard-formula-preparation/pbs:pricing/pbs:reimbursement/pbs:dpmq/pbs:price[@dispensing-rule = $dispensing-rule]/pbs:amount
ready-prepared-no-premium(-no-charge):
pbs:ready-prepared/pbs:pricing/pbs:prices/pbs:dpmq/pbs:price[@dispensing-rule = $dispensing-rule]/pbs:amount
ie. for the last one, no-premium, there is no single reimbursement DPMQ for the prescribing rule. The Commonwealth pays whatever the manufacturer is charging.
