Wholesale Mark-Up changes – January 2021 PBS schedule

As per Table 2 of the Seventh Community Pharmacy Agreement, the Wholesale Mark-Up will change to a new three tier structure from 1 January 2021.

The new Wholesale Mark-Up tiers will appear as follows in the 1 January 2021 release:

Mark-up Tier	Lower Limit (‘limit’ in V3 XML)	Upper Limit	Percentage (‘variable’ in V3 XML)	Value (‘fixed’ in V3 XML)
Tier 1	0.01	5.50		0.41
Tier 2	5.51	720.00	7.52

The code for Wholesale Mark-Up bands is ‘W’
